Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 17, 2026
These Terms & Conditions explain the use of the Tripanchor website and our phone-based travel booking assistance. Please read them before requesting a reservation. Applicable supplier terms and the details presented to you before booking also form part of your reservation agreement. Using this website does not, by itself, create a travel reservation.
1. About Tripanchor
Tripanchor is an independent travel agency that provides booking assistance by phone. Tripanchor is not an airline, hotel, or resort, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline, resort, or online travel brand. Packages, prices, and availability are set by travel suppliers and are confirmed only at the time of booking.
We help travelers explore all-inclusive vacations, flights, hotels, resort stays, and family vacation options. Airlines, hotels, resorts, and other third-party suppliers deliver the travel services included in a reservation.
2. Eligibility and Traveler Information
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to confirm a booking. If you arrange travel for other people, you must have authority to provide their information and accept the relevant booking conditions on their behalf.
You are responsible for providing accurate names as shown on travel documents, contact details, dates, departure cities, and traveler information. Tell your agent about errors promptly; correcting names or other details may be subject to supplier restrictions and charges.
3. Quotes and Reservation Confirmation
Website descriptions and images provide general guidance and do not constitute a guaranteed offer. A quote, inquiry, or phone conversation is not a confirmed booking. Availability and rates may change while you consider an option.
Before authorizing a reservation, review the itinerary, travelers, dates, room category, package inclusions, total price, payment requirements, and cancellation conditions. A reservation is confirmed only when the applicable supplier accepts it and confirmation is issued. Review your confirmation promptly and contact us if anything appears incorrect.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Package Inclusions
The final quote and booking confirmation determine your price and inclusions. Ask whether the quoted amount is per traveler or for the entire party, which currency applies, and whether taxes and mandatory fees are included.
Depending on the selected booking, baggage charges, seat selection, resort fees, local taxes, transfers, gratuities, excursions, premium meals or beverages, and other extras may be charged separately. “All-inclusive” does not mean every service is included; the specific resort and package terms control. Any Tripanchor service fee, if applicable, must be disclosed before you authorize the booking.
5. Payment and Authorization
Payment amounts, deposits, accepted payment methods, payment deadlines, and any balance due are specific to your reservation and will be explained before confirmation. Only use a payment method you are authorized to use.
Failure to meet a supplier’s payment deadline may result in cancellation or loss of the quoted rate, subject to the disclosed booking terms. Do not send full payment card details, card security codes, or sensitive identity documents through ordinary email; ask your agent for the appropriate payment or document process.
6. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Change and cancellation rights depend on the fare, hotel rate, package, and supplier terms attached to your reservation. Some bookings may be nonrefundable or may incur penalties. No universal free-cancellation period is promised by Tripanchor.
Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. A request alone does not confirm that a reservation has been changed or canceled. Refund eligibility, deductions, and processing times depend on the applicable terms and law; an eligible refund is not guaranteed to be immediate. Nothing in these terms removes any refund rights you have under applicable law.
See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for additional information.
7. Supplier Terms and Travel Changes
Your reservation is also subject to the airline’s conditions of carriage and the terms of each hotel, resort, tour operator, or other supplier. Review these terms before booking, including check-in rules, age restrictions, baggage allowances, and no-show policies.
Suppliers may change schedules, equipment, accommodations, or services under their terms and applicable law. Weather, operational disruptions, government restrictions, and other circumstances may affect travel. Available remedies depend on the supplier’s obligations, your booking terms, and applicable law.
8. Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements
Each traveler is responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, required permissions, and any health or entry documents. Requirements can vary by nationality, destination, transit location, and travel date. Verify current requirements directly with relevant government authorities and your travel suppliers before departure.
Failure to meet entry or document requirements can result in denied boarding or entry and additional costs. Booking assistance does not guarantee admission to any country.
9. Special Requests and Accessibility
Discuss accessibility needs, dietary requirements, traveling with infants, and other special requests before booking. Unless a supplier explicitly confirms them, requests for room locations, adjacent rooms, bedding, amenities, or other preferences are not guaranteed. Obtain confirmation that the selected travel services meet your needs.
10. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included unless expressly stated in your booking details. If you choose coverage, review the insurer’s eligibility rules, exclusions, coverage limits, claim procedures, and cancellation terms. Insurance coverage and claims decisions are governed by the insurance policy, not by this website.
11. Website Use and Content
Use this website only for lawful travel inquiries and personal travel planning. Do not submit false information, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, or misuse its content. Website text, branding, and images may be protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reused commercially without the relevant rights holder’s permission.
Travel imagery is illustrative and may not depict the exact property, room, or itinerary available for your dates. Third-party websites, if linked, operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Privacy and Communications
Our Privacy Policy explains the information associated with website visits and booking inquiries. We may contact you about an inquiry or reservation using the details you provide. A travel inquiry does not, by itself, constitute consent to unrelated marketing communications.
13. Responsibility and Consumer Rights
Tripanchor provides booking assistance and does not operate the third-party travel services you reserve. To the extent permitted by law, Tripanchor is not responsible for a supplier’s acts or omissions or disruptions outside Tripanchor’s reasonable control. The website’s continuous availability and freedom from errors cannot be guaranteed.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws, or excuses Tripanchor from its own legal obligations. Any dispute remains subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights.
14. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these terms and update the date shown above. The terms disclosed when you confirm a reservation apply to that reservation; later website updates do not automatically change an existing booking agreement.
15. Contact Us
For questions about these terms or a reservation, contact Tripanchor. Include your booking reference, if available, but do not include sensitive payment information.
