Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tripanchor handles personal information associated with our website and phone-based travel booking assistance. It covers website visitors, people who contact us, and travelers whose information is provided for an inquiry or reservation.
1. Who We Are
Tripanchor is an independent travel agency providing booking assistance by phone. Questions about this policy or your personal information can be sent to support@tripanchor.space. Our contact details appear at the end of this policy.
2. Information You Provide
Depending on your inquiry and the services you request, we may receive:
- Contact information: your name, email address, phone number, and billing or correspondence address.
- Travel preferences: destination, departure city, travel dates, budget, party size, accommodation preferences, and requested services.
- Reservation information: traveler names, dates of birth or ages when required, booking references, itineraries, and communications about a booking.
- Information required by suppliers: identity or travel document details, payment-related information, or accessibility and dietary needs when necessary for a reservation you request.
Provide only information necessary for your inquiry or booking. If you share information about another traveler, make sure you have permission to do so and share this policy with them. Do not email full card numbers, card security codes, or sensitive identity documents; ask our team how to provide required details appropriately.
3. Website and Device Information
Website hosting and technical services may process information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, referring pages, and technical error information to deliver and maintain the website.
The website generates an event when a telephone link or call button is clicked. This event identifies the location of the clicked button, such as the header or a vacation package section. A click event alone does not establish that a phone call was connected or that a reservation was made.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Google Ads
Cookies and similar technologies may be used by website services to support operation or, when configured, to measure visits and advertising performance. Google Ads conversion measurement is currently represented by placeholder identifiers; active Google Ads conversion reporting is not established by those placeholders.
If advertising or analytics services are enabled, they may process device identifiers and interaction information under their own policies and applicable consent requirements. Google explains its handling of information at Google’s Privacy Policy.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center. Blocking some technologies may affect website functionality. This website does not currently provide a separate cookie-preference panel.
5. How Information Is Used
- Respond to inquiries and research travel options matching your preferences.
- Arrange requested reservations and communicate confirmations, changes, and support information.
- Provide necessary traveler details to the suppliers involved in a booking.
- Maintain appropriate booking and business records, handle disputes, and meet legal obligations.
- Maintain website operation, troubleshoot errors, and protect against misuse.
- Understand call-button interactions and, when enabled, evaluate advertising performance.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing depends on the purpose and may rely on steps you request before a booking, performance of an agreement, legal obligations, legitimate operational interests, or consent when required. Any optional marketing must follow applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
6. When Information May Be Shared
Information may be shared with the following recipients when relevant to the stated purpose:
- Travel suppliers: airlines, hotels, resorts, and other providers needed to research, fulfill, or support your requested reservation.
- Service providers: providers of website hosting, communications, booking support, payment processing, and technical services, as applicable.
- Legal or safety recipients: authorities or professional advisers where disclosure is legally required or necessary to address fraud, security, or legal claims.
- Business successors: if a reorganization or transfer of the business occurs, subject to applicable privacy obligations.
Travel suppliers and payment providers may handle information independently under their own privacy policies. Review their policies before submitting information or confirming a reservation. This policy does not govern their independent practices.
7. Payment Information
The payment process and information required depend on the reservation and the provider accepting payment. Ask your agent who will process the payment and which privacy terms apply before authorizing it. This website does not offer an online checkout or ask you to enter payment card details into a website form.
8. Phone and Email Communications
When you call or email Tripanchor, information you share may be used to respond to your request and support your reservation. Booking-related communications may include itinerary details, payment reminders, or supplier changes.
This policy does not serve as notice that calls are recorded or as consent to recording. If call recording is used, any required notice and consent must be provided for that call. You can request that optional marketing communications stop by contacting us; necessary booking and legal communications may still be sent.
9. Retention
Retention depends on the type of information, the purpose for which it was received, and applicable requirements. Information may need to be retained to manage reservations, resolve complaints or disputes, meet accounting and legal obligations, or maintain security records. Contact us to ask about retention for your information or request deletion, subject to applicable exceptions.
10. Security
No website, email service, or method of storing or transmitting information can be guaranteed completely secure. Limit the sensitive information you share and use the process specified by your agent or supplier. If you believe information connected with a Tripanchor inquiry has been misused, contact us promptly.
11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies to Tripanchor, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, receive portable information, or withdraw consent for processing based on consent.
Some U.S. state laws also provide rights concerning the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising where applicable. To ask whether these rights apply to you or submit a request, email us with the subject “Privacy Request.” You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law.
We may need to verify your identity and an agent’s authority before disclosing or changing information. Please do not send identity documents in your initial email. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations or the need to retain booking records. We will respond as required by applicable law; if a law provides an appeal right, you may contact the same address to appeal our response. Where applicable, you can also raise concerns with your relevant privacy authority.
12. Browser Privacy Signals
Browser “Do Not Track” preferences do not have a uniform industry response. This website does not currently implement a dedicated response to that signal. Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, that requirement remains applicable; this policy does not replace the technical implementation needed to honor it.
13. Children’s Information
This website is intended for adults arranging travel and is not directed to children under 13. An adult arranging a family reservation may need to provide a child’s name or age to meet supplier requirements. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly without appropriate authorization, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
14. International Travel and Information Transfers
Tripanchor serves travelers researching travel from the United States. Reservations involving international destinations may require information to be provided to suppliers in other countries. Hosting and service providers may also process information in different locations. Privacy protections may differ between countries, and applicable transfer requirements must be followed.
15. Third-Party Links and Policy Updates
External websites operate under their own privacy policies. Review those policies before providing personal information. We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change and will revise the date above. Additional notice will be provided when required by law.
